Dear UCSC Genome Browser Team,
I am writing on behalf of the Department of Medical Genetics at Ankara Bİlkent City Hospital, a clinical genetics laboratory that routinely uses the UCSC Genome
Browser to interpret chromosomal microarray and sequencing data.
Our institutional IP address appears to have been blocked, and we are currently unable to reach the Genome Browser from our hospital network. This has interrupted
our workflow.
Could you please look into this and, if possible, restore access for our IP address: 31.223.33.140
Thank you for maintaining this invaluable resource and for your help.
Best Regards
