Dear sir,

We are from The laboratory of EPIGENETICS AND NUCLEARDYNAMICS, University of Hyderabad India. We have few mRNAs with complete coordinates and strands (i.e, Forward and Reverse ) we want to extract promoter sequences with their positions through computationally,  So kindly enlight  us how to identify the promoter sequence of our interest through your  UCSC genome browser

We are waiting for your valuable reply,

                                                                   Thanking you in advance.
