There is only one European server and your IP address is correct, so there
is nothing more that needs to be done from that standpoint. In addition to
allowing that IP address through your firewall, though, you must also allow
the appropriate port through your firewall. In the error message you are
receiving, whatever port number is indicated by "pppp" in
"http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:pppp", you must also make sure that port is allowed
through your firewall. If this does not solve the problem, you might also
check your firewall logs to see if anything else is going on there.
