Pairwise alignment PanTro5 - Hg19?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have noticed that the latest version of the chimpanzee reference genome has been recently uploaded to the UCSC site. However, at the time there are only a few pairwise alignments available, none of which involves the hg19 build. Are there any plans to release it? If it happens to be on the development server, could you please provide a link? I am working in a project were all data are mapped to hg19, but I would like to use the most recent chimpanzee data for interspecies comparisons.

Thank you for requesting panTro5 <--> hg19 pairwise alignment files.
We have recently put these files up for download in the following
location:

hg19 > panTro5:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/vsPanTro5/

panTro5 > hg19
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/panTro5/vsHg19/

You can also use liftOver to convert locations between the assemblies:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver
