Mouse Enhancer Coordinates (mm10)

I am a Fellow at the NIA and recently needed access to a database for putative Enhancer Coordinates in the Mouse (mapped to mm10).

 

I currently cannot find this compilation of coordinates. Can you help me find these coordinates?

Hello, Raheel.

Thank you for your question about enhancer elements for mouse (mm10) in the UCSC Genome Browser. 

We have two native UCSC Genome Browser tracks that contain regulatory elements, such as enhancers:

• ORegAnno: https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=mm10&g=oreganno
• RefSeq Func Elems: https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=mm10&g=refSeqFuncElems

And one public hub that is dedicated to enhancers:

• VISTA Enhancers: https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=mm10&hubUrl=http://portal.nersc.gov/dna/RD/ChIP-Seq/VISTA_enhancer_e/VistaEnhancerTrackHub/hub.txt&g=hub_49611_VISTAenhancers
