UCSC downloads page is down and resources are not available

Hello,

We are currently unable to access the download resources on the UCSC Genome Browser. The downloads section appears to be down or inaccessible from our side, which is preventing us from retrieving the data we need for our ongoing work.

Could you please let us know if this is a known issue or if there is any expected downtime?
