download ucsc tools

Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and your question about downloading all the tools at http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/ at once.

Using FTP on the command line, wget can get all files in a directory like this:

wget ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/\*
