Hi Team UCSC,
I hope you are all doing well.
This is Shahid Ali from the University of Chicago.
I am trying to brows the Zebrafish pectoral fin ATAC seq data and Zebrafish All ATAC data which were previously easy to access but this time I can't pull it out. Would consider helping me in accessing the zebrafish ATAC seq data which were submitted by Andrew Gehrke from the University of Chicago.
Best,
Shahid

Hello, Shahid.

Thank you for your interest in the Genome Browser.

Off the top of our head we are not sure which data you are referring to, do you have any additional details on this data such as which zebrafish assembly it was on?

It is possible this data was available as a track hub (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgHubConnect), which means it is hosted and maintained externally.

On that public track hubs list we do have the DANIO-CODE Track Hub, which includes ATAC-seq annotations on danRer10 and danRer11: http://genome.ucsc.edu/s/Lou/RM29901

I hope this is helpful. Please include gen...@soe.ucsc.edu in any replies to ensure visibility by the team. All messages sent to that address are archived on our public forum. If your question includes sensitive information, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
