Hello,

I need a version of the Nematostella (startlet sea anemone) genome in a .2bit format. (Starlet sea anemone Jun. 2007 (JGI-PDF/nemVec1) Assembly) I tried to follow the links from this site: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-

bin/hgGateway?hgsid=4805761    to the FTP page or the download page but the FTP page did not load and the download page does  not have Nematostella.  I understand it's only a test genome, but it looks as though UCSC did

convert it to .2 bit, so I was wondering if you could make the download available to me.  Or...do you know how I can convert it myself?

Thanks,
Sarah

Hello Sarah,

You can find the files you're look for in the downloads area of our test site:

http://hgdownload-test.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/nemVec1/bigZips/

Note that in general, items on our test server have not been through
our quality assurance process and are subject to change.
