Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and your message about the
displayed error when using the In Silico PCR tool.
It seems likely you are seeing the issue on a mirror site and you may
need to contact them directly regarding updating their blatServers
configuration.
The In Silico PCR tool is working properly on our site
(
genome.ucsc.edu) and currently we do not have anything pointing to
the blat5 server.
