Dear there,

I had Bed file for the CUT&TAG peak calling dataset. I want to upload it onto the UCSC genome browser to check the peaks. Do you have the guide for how to upload it to your browser using my computer.

Thank you for your interest in the Genome Browser and for your question about uploading your BED dataset.

One option would be to create a custom annotation track. More information on creating custom annotation tracks, including sharing these tracks with others, can be found on the following help page: Custom tracks are recommended if you wish to share only a few datasets.

If you have very large sets of data, then you may be interested in creating a Track Hub. You can read more about Track Hubs here:
