UCSC Alt Events option

Hello,

I'm having an issue with this specific track of UCSC. When I was
checking a specific region, on this track appeared some altFinish
sites (check "imagen.png" file), but checking it the next day, these
sites suddenly don't appear anymore (check "imagen2.png" file). The
coordinates of this region are: chr5:169,839,932-169,877,759. If you
could guide me on what may be happening with these altFinish sites. If
you need any more information, please let me know. Thank you very much
in advance.

The UCSC Alt Events track was updated on April 10, 2025, which may explain why the altFinish sites are no longer visible. We are looking into this and will follow up with you as soon as we have more information.
