Hello,

Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and sending your inquiry.

You can find the download files for the mouse genomes from the following downloads page:

https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#mouse

Using that page, you can find the liftOver files for mm10:

https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm10/liftOver/

In the liftOver directory for mm10, you can find the liftOver file you requested:

https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm10/liftOver/mm10ToMm39.over.chain.gz

I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu.
All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly accessible Google Groups forum.
