Thanks for using the Genome Browser and for asking about GFF files.
We do have Gene Annotations in GTF format, which is near identical to GFF. These are available in our downloads directory for every organism, as explained in this FAQ:
Here is an example link for GTF format files for our top four gene tracks.

For datasets other than the four top gene sets, we have a GTF output format option in the Table Browser. This method has the limitation of duplicating the name2 column, as explained here:
