IGV 2.11.7 and HG19 bug

Hi,

IGV automatically loads in HG19 when started and on my PC I get this error message every time now: 

Error loading https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/ncbiRefSeq.txt.gz: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

We are wondering if there could be an issue with the file on your end, as we are not able to download it through browser or anything.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

This sounds like a problem with your network since you can't download the file through your web browser either. Can you access that file from your home network, outside the university? I'm able to access that file from my home network with no issues.
