Hi,

Thanks a lot for developing this valuable database.

Recently, I have been encountering issues when loading tracks on the UCSC Genome Browser redirected from your platform.

I use the Cistrome Data Browser (URL: https://cistrome.org/db/#/) to search for transcription factors such as YY1, CREB1, FOXK1 and so on to identify their target binding genes. After selecting datasets of interest under the Results tab, I attempt to visualize track signals for my candidate target genes via the UCSC Genome Browser. Unfortunately, an error continually appears on the UCSC page: Warning/Error(s): Couldn't open http://dc2.cistrome.org/genome_browser/bw/56052_treat.bw.

Furthermore, a 'loading failure' alert frequently displays in the top-right corner right after I open the CistromeDB webpage. I have attempted access at different times and on multiple computers, yet the issue remains unresolved. I am located in China with a domestic IP address, and I have tested both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers.

Additionally, relevant screenshots are attached for your reference.

I would highly appreciate your guidance and solutions to fix these connection problems!

Best regards,

Miao Yu

Dear Dr. X. Shirley Liu and Liu Lab members,

Thank you sincerely for developing and maintaining the CistromeDB database, which is an essential tool for my chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis work.
