Hello

I have been trying to use ExonPrimer for the last couple of days now but it keeps saying webpage not available, even trying it with genes I have previously used successfully. I imagine you may already be aware of this problem but it would be really useful to know when it may be working again.

Many thanks

Sandra

Hello Sandra,

Thank you for your report of an issue with the ExonPrimer tool. ExonPrimer is actually run by a different research group - Tim Strom's group in Munich. The original website for the tool is http://ihg.gsf.de/ihg/ExonPrimer.html. Due to other reports of the same problem, we have already contacted them. The tool appears to be fixed now - please let us know if you are still unable to use it.

If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu or genome...@soe.ucsc.edu. Questions sent to those addresses will be archived in publicly-accessible forums for the benefit of other users. If your question contains sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
