Dear UCSC Support Team,

I got the error mentioned below when I was trying to work on something very important and urgent. I am a graduate student working on my laptop. I do not see the reason why I am considered a robot.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

Error!

Hi Kuncha,

Can you share a link to your browser view so we can see what's happening? We suspect we may have a new bug with our latest software release but we haven't run into this ourselves so we can't verify.

Thanks,
Christopher Lee

You don't often get email from chm...@ucsc.edu. Learn why this is important

Hi Kuncha,

There was a problem with the 'x' icons used to quickly turn off tracks. We have removed the 'x' icons for now while we fix them for our next software release. Many thanks for sharing a link and describing your browsing behavior. Please let us know if you run into any more problems!

Thanks,
Christopher Lee
