Hi, Friends at UCSC Genome,

Recently I have a problem with Firefox (different versions from Windows or Linux) to zoom in/out any genomic regions of UCSC Genome Browser.  There were no problems previously with firefox to do this simple zoom in/out functions in  UCSC Genome Browser. I tested this with IE and Edge in Windows 10 and there is no problem there. Please let me know how I can resolve this problem.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hello, Qiaoping.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. It seems to have been an issue with how a recent software update behaves on older versions of Firefox (e.g. their Extended Support Release (ESR) version).

The issue should now be resolved. Let us know if you run into any more issues using our site.

Thank you again for reporting this issue and for using the UCSC Genome Browser.
