Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and sending your inquiry.
Your custom track line is missing the "type=gff" that describes what type of data you are uploading to the Genome Browser. However, after adding the type parameter to the custom track line, copying/pasting the data could lead to an error complaining about the number of columns. Your web browser may convert the tabs into spaces which could cause issues. Instead, you can upload the file directly or supply a URL to the file. For example, you can use the following URL to load your custom track:
https://genome-test.gi.ucsc.edu/~jairo/MLQ/31284/NCBI_tBLASTn.gff
