Hello, I am trying to consult the 9.1 genome of Xenopus tropicalis, but I need a dictionary to find the equivalence in the names of the chromosomes used in the UCSC-GB and those of Xenbase.
From type "chrUn_NW_016686614v1" to type "scaffold_4639".
Thanks in advance
Francisco

Hello,

Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and sending your inquiry.

We are working on updating the chromosome alias file for xenTro9 after you mentioned the lack of support for XenBase. While we work on updating the file, you can find the UCSC chromosome names associated with scaffold names in the following file:

https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCF/000/004/195/GCF_000004195.3_Xenopus_tropicalis_v9.1/GCF_000004195.3_Xenopus_tropicalis_v9.1_assembly_report.txt

I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to genome...@soe.ucsc.edu.
