Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your issues. To debug further, please send us a URL of the Genome Browser with the hgsid portion of the URL. For example, the URL should look like this:
We will need the last parameter of the URL (&hgsid=1510787815_2AXcdG2ANfXFoLrqmnXj1hUm8Rp) to get a better idea of what is happening. Also, you could instead send us a session by saving your Genome Browser settings on the following page:
