Hello UCSC genome browser team

I'm trying to extract core promoter regions of all my genes (in mgi_symbol format) from a gene list.
so far i've only managed to extract the genomic coordinates of my genes but not up and downstream regions inclusive of
the cds.
is there a way i can extract genomic regions -2kb and +500kb from the TSS of all my genes a gene list?

thanks

Best Regards
