New COVID track on Predicted Drug Resistance

Dear COVID Geneticists,
We have just added the Predicted Drug Resistance track to the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) genome. This track shows amino acid variants predicted to be relevant to anti-viral drug resistance. This data was created using 3D protein structures bound to an inhibitor drug, highlighting the adjacent amino acids. Read more and try it yourself below:
