A Genome Browser is now available for the Dog (Canis lupus familiaris) assembly released in May 2019 by the University of Michigan. For more information and statistics about this assembly, see the NCBI assembly record for UMICH_Zoey_3.1. There are 1,793 contigs and 794 scaffolds in this assembly with a total size of 2,343,218,756 bases.
