Hello everyone,

We are pleased to add the new ALFA (Allele Frequency Aggregator) hub to our list of publicly available hubs: http://bit.ly/UCSC_ALFA

Results from the Allele Frequency Aggregator (ALFA) project will help users interpret the biological impact of common and rare sequence variants. ALFA's initial release includes analysis of genotype data from ~100K unrestricted dbGaP subjects and provides high-quality allele frequency data now displayed on relevant dbSNP records. Eventually, ALFA will analyze more than 1M subjects and the current version is for hg38/GRCh38 with work to include hg19/GRCh37 data. Read more about the ALFA project page here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/snp/docs/gsr/alfa

We would like to thank the ALFA project (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/snp/docs/gsr/alfa/#citing-this-project) for creating this hub!
