We are happy to announce the new hub, PhyloCSF++, that is now available on the Public Hubs page.
Teams from Johns Hopkins University and the Seoul National University created a hub with novel tracks using the new PhyloCSF++ method for five species (Rat, Fugu, Stickleback, Tarsier, Yeast). PhyloCSF++ scores the coding potential of genomic regions as posterior probability followed by an end-to-end integrated PhyloCSF-tracks protocol.
