We are happy to announce the release of a new Public Hub, Predominant PAS and predominant hexamers, for hg38 and hg19. The track hub displays locations of predominant polyadenylation sites and predominant polyadenylation hexamers for almost 16,000 protein-coding genes. PolyA sites and hexamers were derived from the PolyA Site 2.0 database.
For each site, predominant polyA hexamers were selected depending on the candidate hexamer's strength and the distance of the candidate hexamer to the -21 position from the representative polyA site.
