Dear:
    it is my first time to use ucsc genome brower. when i read a literature "whole-genome sequencing and analysis of the Malaysian cynomolgus macaque ( Macaca fascicularis ) genome" , it mention “The assembly QV of the genome was retrieved from the UCSC website”。

please tell me where is qv

Hello, Jin.

It appears that you are referring to the paper at http://genomebiology.com/2012/13/7/r58.  Reading through the text of the paper, it is unclear exactly where they obtained the data.  I would recommend contacting the authors of the paper (
Ryuichi Sakate at rsa...@nibio.go.jp or Naoki Osada at nos...@nig.ac.jp) to obtain this information.
