Hello,
I want to upload expression information on UCSC, but I don't know how to make it like the Gtex track.
https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables?db=hg19&hgta_group=expression&hgta_track=gtexGene&hgta_table=gtexGene&hgta_doSchema=describe+table+schema

In this website it is said: "Format description: BED6+ with additional fields for gene and transcript IDs, and expression experiment scores"
I changed my data into the same format as Gtex.
But my track just showed as several black blocks instead of that in Gtex track.

So could you tell me the detail input file format trackDb setting when upload Gtex track?

Thanks

Hello Feng,

Thank you for your question. As of now we do not support GTEX style custom tracks, although we are thinking
about implementing it in the future. We have made a note to notify you when such a feature becomes available.

If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible forum. If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
