Error in GBiC

Hello,

I have download GBiC and I assume the installation worked because I can see this : 

However, I tried to look up what this message (attached below) means in the public genome archives and did not find the answer. Could you tell me what it means or did I do something wrong?

I followed the GBiC Introduction video exactly and am using Ubuntu 16.04.2 Server.

Thank you for your question about the UCSC Genome Browser. We may be able to fix the error message by adding "SSILegacyExprParser on" in your Apache conf file.
