Hello,

Is there an easy way to view array data that was formatted for the mouse mm8 genome assembly in the mm9 assembly?

Thanks,
Ray

Hello, Ray.

We have a liftOver tool that you can use to convert your mm8 coordinates to their mm9 equivalents.  We have a web-based tool at http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver or you can download a command line version from http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/.

Please contact us again at gen...@soe.ucsc.edu if you have any further questions.
All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible Google Groups forum.  If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
