I have a BED6+3 barChart file that loads into the browser as a custom track without any problems.  However, I cannot get it to convert to bigBarChart using bedToBigBed v2.7.  It returns a 'Segmentation fault (core dumped)' error (Ubuntu 16.04).

The command line I use is:
bedToBigBed -type=bed6+3 -as=bigBarChart.as input hg38.chrom.sizes output

The file is sorted and has gone through bedClip.

An extract of the file is:
chr1    11869   14409   ENSG00000223972.5       999     +       DDX11L1 4       0.1,0.1,0.1,0.1
chr1    14404   29570   ENSG00000227232.5       999     -       WASH7P  4       2.84087207262292,4.16330592756589,8.07064827717427,3.84896352345194
chr1    17369   17436   ENSG00000278267.1       999     -       MIR6859-1       4       0.1,0.1,0.1,0.1
...

Thanks for any guidance.

Hi Ian,

Thank you for your question regarding building your own barChart
tracks. We were unable to replicate your errors using the file snippet
you sent us, is it possible for you to send us the whole bed6+3 file
and the bigBarChart.as file so we can try to replicate and debug? You
can share the file with me directly if you are uncomfortable sharing
with the entire list.

Thanks,

Christopher Lee
