Hello
I’m sorry to bother you with this but I wasn’t able to find an answer to my question – which Uniprot version was used for hg19 and hg38 mappings (BED files)?
Please let me know where I can find the answer for future releases.
Thank you!
Yevgeniy

Hi Yevgeniy,
Thank you for your question about the Uniprot track data on hg38 and
hg19. These data are from the September 2017 version of Uniprot.
Thanks to this question we also realized that the data version was
missing from the track configuration and item detail pages. The
version "UniProt Knowledgebase Release 2017_09" should now be present
on these pages, thanks for letting us know!
Please let us know if you have any more questions!
Thank you again for your inquiry and using the UCSC Genome Browser. If
