Dear Sir/Madam,

Could you please let me know how to get eRNA list from UCSC?

Thanks for your advice.

Best,

Hello
 Shiaoching,

Thank you for your interest in using the UCSC Genome Browser for finding enhancer RNAs. In short, there is no distinct list/track of eRNAs in our browser.
Here is a
similar previously answered mailing list question which
you may have already seen
.

If you do end up retrieving a list of coordinates for eRNAs from another source, you would be able to view those regions in the UCSC Genome Browser via our custom tracks tool, which displays custom regions against any of our hosted assemblies.

Please respond to this list if you have further questions!

Thank you again for your inquiry and for using the UCSC Genome Browser.
