Dear UCSC genome members,
In the context of our research, we were used to download the refSeqStatus file which was available for each species (http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenpath/gbdDescriptionsOld.html#RefSeqStatus).
I just checked and I was unable to find this file anymore in hg19, hg38, mm9 and mm10.
Would it be possible for you to regenerate this file?
Thank you very much in advance
Best regards
Fred

Hi Frederic,

Thank you for your question about the refSeqStatus table.

We have recently moved these tables into our shared "hgFixed" database.
Please see the following page for more information:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download35

I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply
to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived
on a publicly-accessible Google Groups forum. If your question includes
sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
