Download 145-way alignment

I'd like to download the 145-way MultiZ alignment but I can't find its
location on the genome browser server. Can anyone tell me where I can
find it?

The paper on this alignment references the following download site where you can obtain this data. The MAF files are available here:

You can also load the track hub that contains these alignments using the following hub URL:
https://bds.mpi-cbg.de/hillerlab/144VertebrateAlignment_CESAR/trackHub/hub.txt
