Good Morning Joe:
Can you provide a URL to your hub.txt file ?
The error message says you have defined this track more than once
in your files. If you 'grep' your files for "WW_Nanopore_K562.main"
you may find the duplication. Or perhaps you have a nested include
file chain that is causing them to be used more than once.
