Hi,
I was looking into the table browser, and i saw that the Gencode v26 data is available only for GRCh38 and unlike the table Gencode Gene v24Lift37, there is not lift-over data for v26.

Is there some way i could get that data?

Thanks,
Savvy

Hi Savvy,

Thank you for contacting the UCSC Genome Browser support team. The hg19 track "GENCODE V26lift37" is currently in our work queue, and it has not yet undergone the pre-production quality control checks. The timing for the release of these data to our production site is currently unknown. However, this track is available on our preview site, and tables can be queried and downloaded through our Table Browser tool at the following url:

Note that the Basic, Comprehensive, and Psuedogenes tables are available under the "table" drop-down field.

If you would like to subscribe to our project announcements, you will be notified when this track is released (see details below).

Please respond to this list if you have further questions!
