Hi,

I am trying to create public session with custom genome and annotation.

And I constantly get messages on the top of the screen, which I cant get rid off, see below. Does anyone knows how it can be fixed?

Startup: 73 millis
Bottleneck delay: 1 millis
Get cart of 436 for user:621732061_71hyTOo9awSiIU8ynGjsd0ZNMhQX session:(null): 0 millis

Top of Form

Time before getTrackList: 3 millis
getTrackList: 8 millis
parentChildCartCleanup: 1 millis
Waiting for parallel (21 threads for 21 tracks) remote data fetch: 52 millis

Bottom of Form

Thanks,

Anna

Hello, Anna.

Thank you for your question about creating sessions in the UCSC Genome Browser.

What you're seeing is not an error message, rather debugging information about how long the different components of the Genome Browser display are taking to load. I'm not sure how that was enabled for your session, but you can disable it by adding &measureTiming= to the end of your URL and then overwriting your previous session by saving a new session of the same name. That session should now have this debugging information disabled.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible Google Groups forum. If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
