mm10_qPCR Primer not working

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with the qPCR Primer feature under Expression and Regulation on mm10.

I can see primer pairs to genes on the browser when the feature is selected, but cannot retrieve the primer details i.e sequence etc . It outputs empty tables.

I was wondering if you could help me out with this.

Hi Debashish,

Thank you for reporting this issue with the qPCR primers track on mm10.

It appears that this is an issue with the data contributor's site, http://www.weizmann.ac.il/cgi-bin/USERcompphys/primers/human/extract_primer_by_line.cgi. We have contacted them to report the issue and hopefully they will respond or resolve the issue soon.
