Good morning,

I have noticed within the last week that it appears you guys have changed around your databases structure some.  When querying your data for updated annotation information, it appears that you no longer have the gbCdnaInfo table available.  Do you have another table that has replaced this, or can you give me any insights into which table(s) I can look at to pull back NM numbers for a given gene?

Thanks for your time!

Hello Chris,

Thank you for your question. We recently moved the location of metadata tables such as gbCdnaInfo to one global database: hgFixed. Please see this FAQ for more details: http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download35

If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible forum. If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.

Regards,
Luvina
