Dear Shicheng Guo,
Thank you for your question about the UCSC Genome Browser. The "browser hide" line will not work in a track hub. It looks like you want to set the browser to open chr1:58206329-58226061 with specific track settings? A good solution would be to create a session with the desired settings and then link to that session. Here is a link to our Sessions user guide:https://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgSessionHelp.html.
You may also want to look into using URL parameters to load your hub and set certain Genome Browser settings such as, setting the genomic position and hiding or displaying certain tracks. You can find more information on these URL parameters here:http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/customTrack.html#SHARE. I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible Google Groups forum. If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
