Hi Brian and Browser Group,
I have a track hub for bam’s and bai’s set up and working,
but for bigWigs data is not populating.
Do you see something that I am missing in my setup?
Best regards,
~Jeff

Thanks Cath,
I found the email quarantined in the corporate spam filter. I’ve taught it to allow emails from you.
A trackDb.txt containing “type bigWig” does not display the data.
I think “bigwig” was an MS Outlook autocorrect; “bigwig” also throws an informative error message.
Yes, the [path to my data] bit was some obfuscation for the public email list.
Logged into the UCSC instance, a wget pulls the .bw so the permisssions seem OK.
Is there any chance the type bigWig does not recognize .bw?
Or is something else happening?
The process is working for bam/bai track hub, but not bigWigs.
Best regards,
~Jeff
