Hi ,
I was wondering if there is a chain file for liftover from hg19 to susScr11 as I cannot find one in the ftp of chain files for hg19.

Thank you for your question about lifting hg19 coordinates to
susScr11. We have started the process to create the liftOver chain but
it may take a bit longer than normal due to some behind the scenes
changes. We'll let you know when it's ready.
