Hi everybody,
Several months ago, when I submitted a protein sequence against the
genome by using Blat search, I obtained the alignment with the
exon/intron borders, and always with 100 bp upstream the sequence, so
that I could retrieve a promoter sequence by repeating at least ten
times (to obtain 1000bp upstream). Now I do not find how to do that...
Could you tell me if it is always possible?
Thank you very much for your question and your help.
Best regards,
Philippe
