ExonPrimer tool

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have been trying to use ExonPrimer (http://ihg.gsf.de/ihg/ExonPrimer.html) in the last few days to design primers and program stops working at the step of Results. Is this tool still working? If not, do you have another public tool to design primers?

Hello, Maria.

ExonPrimer is now located at https://ihg.helmholtz-muenchen.de/ihg/ExonPrimer.html.  I noticed a certificate error with the older URL you referenced below.  I’m not certain if that is contributing to the problem in any way, but you should try again from the updated URL.

Although we link to it, ExonPrimer is not maintained by UCSC.  If you are still experiencing problems, you should contact Tim Strom at TimS...@helmholtz-muenchen.de.
