Dear UCSC mirror site staffs,

I am a beginner about Linux.
I would like to install UCSC mirror site on CentOS 6.5 with human and
mouse data only.
I have noticed the URL of http://bergmanlab.smith.man.ac.uk/?p=1111 site
for CentOS 5.7.
Are there any protocol (or instructions) for setting up a mirror using
CentOS 6.5?

With best, Young Chai

Easier to use the 'browser in a box' virtual machine:

https://genome-store.ucsc.edu/

Otherwise, refer to install instructions:
http://genome-source.cse.ucsc.edu/gitweb/?p=kent.git;a=tree;f=src/product

Read the README.* files and use the scripts in src/product/scripts/
