TagStorm doesn't compile

Hola,

I just downloaded the jksrc.v312.zip because make libs was failing
under jksrc.v311.zip.

I am now getting make failing as follows:

Hello, Lachlan.

You should perform a make clean by performing the following:

cd ~/src/gb/kent/src
make clean
make libs
cd tagStorm
make

Also, if you did not remove the old files from kent v311 before unzipping v312 into the directory, there may still be some old files that should not be there.
