MICROBE GENOME BROWSER INSTALLATION

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to do a local installation of the microbe genome browser from Lowe's lab in a bid to extend hgc sub-module. We have downloaded the source code from UCSC https://genome-store.ucsc.edu/ but it is very different in interface from the Lowe Lab. We are hoping you can assist with a way of setting up for microbes since we majorly deal with microbial Data. We can see lowelab.c and are not sure how to compile to have the lowelab look.

Any assistance offered is highly appreciated.
